（一）“金鼎”文艺名家</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 原则上，年龄不作要求；在该领域有独特贡献，具有一定的权威。此外，须满足以下4个条件中的3条：</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 1．中国作家协会会员、中国文联各文艺家协会会员。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 2．具有文化艺术类专业正高级职称。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 3．获得过中宣部、文旅部、中国作协、中国文联及其一级协会颁发的全国重要奖项或在全国有重要影响力的大奖。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 4．重要成果获得过国家级艺术基金资助，或入展过全国性展览不少于1次。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> （二）“金鼎”文艺英才</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 原则上，年龄不超过50周岁（年龄计算时间截至2021年1月1日）；有一定的文化艺术造诣，相关创作或研究成果突出，其代表性作品受到业界公认，在业界有一定影响力和话语权，且一直活跃在一线。此外，须满足以下4个条件中的3条：</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 1．中国作家协会会员、中国文联各文艺家协会会员。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 2．具有文化艺术类专业中级及以上职称。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 3．获得过江苏省及以上相关门类大奖或等次奖。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 4．重要成果获得过江苏省艺术基金资助，或入展过全省性展览不少于2次；或出版有合法版权的文学作品、文艺评论3部以上；或在省级及以上综合性演出、展演、展播、展览等文艺类活动中主创、主制、主演、主播、主唱等作品3部以上。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> （三）“金鼎”文艺优青</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 原则上，年龄不超过40周岁（年龄计算时间截至2021年1月1日）；文化艺术功底扎实，有一定的代表性作品，在业界活跃，有成长空间和培养前途。此外，须满足以下5个条件中的4条：</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 1．江苏省作家协会会员、江苏省文联各文艺家协会会员。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 2．具有文化艺术类专业初级职称。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 3．艺术专业毕业或大学本科（含）以上学历。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 4．获得过市级宣传文化系统颁发的全市重要文艺奖项；或市级以上相关门类大奖或等次奖。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 5．重要成果获得过宿迁市文艺精品扶持奖励资金资助不少于2次，或入展过全市性展览不少于2次；或在省级（含）以上文艺刊物发表作品不少于3篇；或出版有合法版权的文学作品、文艺评论1部以上；或在省级（含）以上综合性演出、展演、展播、展览等文艺类活动中主创、主制、主演、主播、主唱等作品2部以上；或在参与创作、表演、录制等作品中为第二（含）以上作者（负责人）。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section><section 1．评选名额。本年度评选“金鼎”文艺名家5人、英才10人、优青20人。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 2．推荐方式。采取组织推荐、个人自荐两种方式。没有工作单位的，可向户口所在地的县、区级党委宣传部门自荐登记。市级部门和单位人员（含退休人员）由所在部门和单位统一向市委宣传部推荐。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 3．推荐名额。各县（区）推荐“金鼎”文艺名家不超过2名、英才不超过5名、优青不超过10名；各功能区推荐“金鼎”文艺名家不超过1名、英才不超过2名、优青不超过3名。辖区内“自荐”人选占用“推荐名额”。</span><span style="font-size: 15px;caret-color: red;">市级部门和单位推荐名额根据各自实际情况自行确定。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 4．组织评选。市委宣传部组织专家进行评选。符合条件的候选人数超过本年度设定的评选名额时，由专家评委根据获奖情况、重要成果情况等进行综合评定，提出入选建议名单。未被评为申报类别层级的，不得降格参评下一级别类别。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 5．公开公示。“入选建议名单”在市委宣传部部门网站、市内相关媒体公示7天。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 1．能力提升。对入选的“金鼎”文艺人才，鼓励申报更高层次创作项目和市级以上奖项，在研修培训、学术交流等方面给予重点倾斜，支持承担重点任务，贡献中坚力量。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 2．宣传推介。通过多种方式广泛宣传“金鼎”文艺名家、文艺英才、文艺优青及其成果，不定期组织市级以上媒体进行人物采访报道，在全市营造尊才爱才浓厚氛围，为“金鼎”文艺人才发展提供良好的创作、学习和生活环境。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 3．加强培养。符合国家和省、市人才培养体系要求的，优先推荐纳入相应层次培养体系进行培养。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 4．强化扶持。在市文艺精品扶持奖励资金、文化惠民资金、文艺人才发展扶持资金项目申报上优先考虑，予以扶持。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 5．一次性奖励。当年度，被评为“金鼎”文艺名家、文艺英才、文艺优青的，每人一次性分别奖励1万元、0.5万元、0.2万元。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section><section style="margin: 10px auto;"><section><section style="display: 1．坚持推选标准。各地、市各有关部门和单位要严格推荐标准，认真做好组织推荐、个人自荐工作，确保把政治素质好、业务能力强、学风作风正、有较大影响力和较强竞争力的优秀文艺人才遴选出来。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 2．禁止重复填报。同一人只能填写1份推荐（自荐）表，重复填报的，将被取消当年度参评资格。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 3．强化审核把关。各地推荐（自荐）人选的身份证、艺术专业技术职称证书、协会会员证书、获奖证书、“重要成果”原件由各地党委宣传部门负责审核，并在对应的复印件上盖章；市级部门和单位推荐（自荐）人选的身份证、专业技术职称证书、协会会员证书、获奖证书、“重要成果”原件由所在部门（单位）负责审核，并在对应的复印件上盖章。对材料弄虚作假的，取消当年度参评资格，且3年内不得参评，失信行为按照有关规定提交市信用管理部门。</span></p><p style="line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="caret-color: red;font-size: 15px;"> 4．及时报送材料。主要包括：<strong>每位人选的材料，用A4 纸装订成册，一式5份；推荐（自荐）汇总表1份；推荐（自荐）表中填写“重要成果”原件。</strong></span><span style="font-size:
