outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">在7月19日，杨大爷来到经济开发区派出所报警，称自己遭遇了电信诈骗。值班民警吴民强接待了杨大爷，并立即询问相关情况。原来，在1个月前，杨大爷的手机收到了一条“收益高、回报快”的投资广告，在广告的诱导下，杨大爷便在其手机上下载并注册这款“投资软件”（软件名：山证APP，系诈骗软件），并充值了1万余元进行“试水性”投资。1个月过去了，当杨大爷需要用钱的时候发现自己“赚”到近20万元，便想把钱全部提现。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">“客服”以投资项目期限不够，还需要再“追加投资”6万元，才能连本带利“全部取现”。于是，杨大爷按照对方的要求，把钱如数转到了对方提供的银行卡。但转账完成后，杨大爷仍然无法提现，而且“客服”也不再回复。杨大爷越想越不对劲，感觉到自己上当了。于是，他立即向经济开发区派出所报警求助。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px; margin-bottom: 0px; padding: 0px; outline: 0px; max-width: 100%; clear: both; min-height: 1em; text-indent: 2em; box-sizing: border-box !important; overflow-wrap: break-word !important;">了解情况后，吴民强立即带队开展调查工作。民警立即根据杨大爷提供的信息，配合反诈中心追踪资金的流向。当天，争分夺秒对涉案账户启动紧急冻结止付程序，成功拦截4万元。</p><p style="margin-top: 0px;
