燃放孔明灯是元宵节放飞希望、寄托愿望的传统习俗，但美好的愿望背后却隐藏着巨大的火灾隐患。“孔明灯”属高空明火、飞行物，通过点燃固体或液体燃料放飞，升空后外焰温度高达300℃，放飞时滞空时间长，升空后不受控制，一旦飘落到高压供电设备、通信设施、加油站、液化气站、塑料大棚、草地、林地等区域，极易引发火灾，严重威胁公共安全和人民群众生命财产安全。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;text-indent: 2em;margin-top: 10px;margin-bottom: 10px;line-height: 2em;"><span style="font-size:16px;"> 为让全县广大人民群众朋友度过一个平安喜庆的元宵佳节，我们在此发出倡议:</span></p><p
