red;"></strong></p><p>毛泽东以中共湘赣边界特委和红四军军委名义写报告给湖南省委。报告针对湖南省委六月三十日关于“四军须集中力量向湘南发展”的来信，申述红四军当前不宜去湘南、仍应继续在湘赣边界建设巩固根据地的理由：（一）在四军本身过去有许多习于流寇式的生活，极不喜住定一处，艰苦的作群众斗争的工作，充满冒险的遗毒。近一月来经多方洗刷，懂得建立宁冈大本营的政策是对的。如现在又马上改变，重新走入转徙游动的道路，四军之改造必更困难。（二）在敌情方面，湘省敌人非常强硬，实厚力强，不似赣敌易攻。为避免硬战计，此时不宜向湘省冲击。（三）宁冈能成为我军事大本营，在于山势既大且险，路通两省，胜固可以守，败亦可以跑，且敌人绝对无法把我围着，若加上各县党与群众的基础，实在可以与敌人作长期的斗争；若此刻轻易脱离宁冈，“虎落平原被犬欺”，四军非常危险。（四）此种主张绝非保守观念，过去全国暴动，各地曾蓬勃一时，一旦敌人反攻，则如水洗河，一败涂地。此皆不求基础巩固，只求声势浩大之故。我们此刻力矫此病，一面为军事建立一大本营，一面为湘、赣两省暴动前途建立一巩固基础。（五）从经济上说，湘南各县焚杀之余，经济破产，土豪打尽。真正解决目前经济问题，只有在湘赣边才有法想。（六）伤兵增至五百，欲冲往湘南去，则军心瓦解。此最大困难问题之一。湖南省委没有采纳毛泽东的这些意见，给红四军和井冈山根据地造成了严重损失，史称“八月失败”。</p><p><span style="color: #C00000;"><strong>1987年7月4日</strong></span></p><p>邓小平会见孟加拉国总统艾尔沙德时谈到，中国的现代化建设必须坚持党的基本路线的两个基本点。他指出：搞社会主义现代化建设是基本路线。要搞现代化建设使中国兴旺发达起来，第一，必须实行改革、开放政策；第二，必须坚持四项基本原则，主要是坚持党的领导，坚持社会主义道路，反对资产阶级自由化，反对走资本主义道路。这两个基本点是相互依存的。搞现代化建设，搞改革、开放，存在“左”和右的干扰问题。“左”的干扰更多是来自习惯势力。右的干扰就是搞资产阶级自由化，全盘西化，包括照搬西方民主。“左”的和右的干扰，最主要的是“左”的干扰。中国要发展起来，要实现四化，政治局面不稳定，没有纪律，没有秩序，什么事情都搞不成功。中国的民主是社会主义民主，是同社会主义法制相辅相成的。这篇谈话的一部分以《我国方针政策的两个基本点》为题，收入《邓小平文选》第三卷。</p><p><span style="color: #C00000;"><strong>2016年7月4日 </strong></span></p><p>中国共产党第六次全国代表大会会址常设展览馆建成仪式在俄罗斯莫斯科举行。习近平就会址常设展览馆建成致贺辞。他在贺辞中指出，88年前，在中国革命最艰难的关头，为了国家和民族前途命运，140多名中共代表，不远万里来到莫斯科郊区五一村，召开了中共六大。这是中共历史上唯一一次在境外召开的全国代表大会，对中国革命发展具有特殊的历史意义。今年是《中俄睦邻友好合作条约》签署15周年，也是中俄两国建立战略协作伙伴关系20周年。中共六大会址常设展览馆的建成，既是中俄全面战略协作伙伴关系发展的又一重要成果，也是中俄友好合作深化的又一个象征。 在革命面临严重危机的关头，中共中央政治局常委会举行扩大会议。陈独秀主张：国民革命军招兵时，农民协会的会员和自卫武装可应征加入。被紧急从湖南召回的毛泽东提出农民武装可以“上山”或加入同党有联系的军队中去，以保存革命的力量。他还指出：不保存武力则将来一到事变我们即无办法，“上山”可造成军事势力的基础。但这个建议没有被付诸实施。。</p><p><span style="color: #c00000;"><strong>1943年</strong></span></p><p>7月4日和6日 八路军朱德总司令分别致电胡宗南、蒋介石，严正抗议国民党军队进犯陕甘宁边区的反共活动。1943年6月，国民党借共产国际解散的时机，提出“解散共产党”、“取消陕北特区”，并调动一部分军队准备进攻陕甘宁边区。7月9日，延安军民3万余人举行紧急动员大会，发出呼吁团结、反对内战的通电。在解放区人民强烈抗议和全国进步人士以及国际舆论的反对下，国民党顽固派酝酿的这次大规模反共高潮在发动阶段就被制止了。</p><p><span
