red;">2019年7月1日至2021年6月30日期间首次发表、出版、播映、上演或展出的原创作品。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="caret-color: red;">（二）申报条件</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">1.泗洪籍作者原创、版权归本人或本地机构的作品，且作者同意泗洪县享有此作品推荐申报权和奖项荣誉权； </span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">2.非泗洪籍作者原创的反映泗洪精神风貌的作品，且作者同意泗洪县享有此作品推荐申报权和奖项荣誉权。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="caret-color: red;">（三）申报材料</span></strong></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">申报人需填写《泗洪县第六届“彩虹文学艺术奖”参评项目申报表》一式1份外，需提供如下材料：</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">1.申报参评的影视剧（含动漫、纪录片、微电影）制品均需报送DVD影碟1套，制品盒上需要且只能标注剧（片）名、排名、序号及参评单位名称。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">2.申报参评的戏剧作品制品需报送DVD 碟和文字脚本各1 份。文字脚本上不出现主创人员姓名。除话剧外，其他所有剧种需有字幕。制品盒上需要且只能注明剧名、排名、序号及参评单位名称。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">3.申报参评的广播剧作品需报送 CD 碟和文字脚本各1份。制品盒上需要且只能标注剧名、排名、序号及参评单位名称。文字脚本上不标注主创人员姓名。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">4.申报参评的歌曲制品需报送音乐CD 碟（不报送录像带和MTV 影碟）和歌谱（简谱，A4 纸规格，不出现生产单位名称和词曲作者名字）各1份。曲艺作品需要报送DVD 碟和文字脚本各1份。制品盒上需要且只能标注作品名、排名、序号及参评单位名称。报送歌曲作品必须取得词曲作者的书面授权，如出现重复授权的争议，由各单位在报送前自行协商解决。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">5.申报参评的图书作品需提供作品图书2本。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><span style="caret-color: red;">6.申报参评的书、画、摄影作品需提供作品原件（照片）及作品简介各1份。</span></p><p red;">专家分类进行评选。评选分申报、初评、终评、公示和表彰奖励等阶段进行。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="caret-color: red;">（一）申报。</span></strong><span style="text-decoration-style: solid;text-decoration-color: #3e3e3e;font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif;">凡符合评奖条件的文艺作品，各单位、各社会团体可以将申报表及相关作品材料纸质版报送至县委宣传部文艺科，电子版报至邮箱：shxwxcbxck@163.com，申报时间为发文之日起至2021年7月31日，逾期申报的作品不得参评。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="caret-color: red;">（二）初评。</span></strong><span style="text-decoration-style: solid;text-decoration-color: #3e3e3e;font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif;">由县文化工作评审专家库成员组成初评组。经审听、审看和审议入围作品后，以无记名投票方式推选产生入围终评作品。</span></p><p style="text-indent: 2em;line-height: 2em;"><strong><span style="caret-color: red;">（三）终评。</span></strong><span style="text-decoration-style: solid;text-decoration-color: #3e3e3e;font-family: 微软雅黑, sans-serif;">邀请县级以上专家对初评入围作品进行最终评选，然后采用无记名投票方式评选出“入选作品奖”和“入围作品奖”若干。</span></p><p style="text-indent:
