16px;">进口冷链食品在集中监管仓规定时限内的仓储、外包装消杀、采样核酸检测费用由政府承担（库区免费存放时间原则上为3个工作日），超期提货所产生的仓储费及委托集中仓配送的费用由货主承担。进口冷链食品因违规存储、加工、销售未取得《出仓证明》和应进仓不主动申报入仓，被执法部门强制查扣至监管仓执法扣押暂存库的，期间所产生的核酸检测、消毒、运输、仓储等费用由涉事商户自理。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section
