sans-serif;">县委办公室作为党委的“前哨”和“后院”，肩负着传达贯彻、组织协调、督促检查、服务保障等重要职责，开展好每一项工作，都要以习总书记对党办“五个坚持”的要求和“四最一中枢”的定位等为指导，经常性地用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想来武装头脑、对标对表，时刻做到心中有大局、工作为大局、办事顾大局，切实增强对党办事业的认同感、对党办工作的责任感。</span></p><p sans-serif;">问题是时代的声音，也是新时代做好党办工作的发力点。作为县委办公室一员，要紧密结合自身岗位实际，针对自身存在的问题、工作推进中的难关，对《习近平谈治国理政》（第三卷）进行全面系统学习、及时跟进学习，不断提高自己的综合分析、调查研究、文字表达和组织协调能力，进一步增强思考大事、研究要事、处理急事、解决难事的素质，进而做到工作目标明、工作路数清、工作方法正。</span></p><p sans-serif;">办公室工作千头万绪、任务繁杂，多数时候呈现随意性、被动性，领导交办、遵章办事。现在工作节奏越来越快、标准越来越高、要求越来越严，需要我们做到知之在早、思之在先、谋之在前，否则就很难跟上领导的节奏，也不可能搞好服务。</span></p><p><strong><span style="caret-color: rgb(255, 0, 0);color: rgb(151, sans-serif;">办公室办文办会、接待服务、工作督查等日复一日、年复一年，容易麻痹大意、产生惯性思维，时间一长就消磨了打破常规、另辟蹊径的勇气，这就要求我们要树立强烈的进取意识，时刻保持对工作的挚爱和新鲜感，按照“日常工作规范化、重点工作特色化、服务保障优质化、自身建设品牌化”的要求来对待每项工作，做到“没有最好、只有更好”“只留精彩、不留遗憾”，使办公室工作始终保持旺盛的生机和活力。</span></p></section></section><section
