#e36c09;"><strong>二是队伍规范塑文明实践志愿服务之形。</strong></span>宣传要做好不能只靠宣传一线的“十几个人，七八条枪”，要将宣传工作的从业人员动态化、去职业化。充分利用好发展好志愿服务队伍。利用一些民间的演出团体宣传党的理论、利用艺术工作者的创作丰富理论教育的形式、利用五老志愿队伍让我家讲堂更接地气，让党的理论更贴近百姓的生活。</p><p #e36c09;">三是活动体系化塑文明实践内容之形。</span></strong>文明实践活动也要有形，有内容的形才是真的形。活动必须成体系有内涵。比如我们的节日活动、红色文化活动、国学教育活动、理论宣讲活动等等。我们的职业宣传人要善于制定有体系的活动，组织有规模的文化节日，让百姓愿意参与其中，接受教育。</p></section></section></section><section #e36c09;"><strong>二是志愿服务项目化，凝受益群众广泛化之神。</strong></span>只让百姓受教不如让他们参与其中，志愿服务是个很好的凝神方式。以前的志愿活动大多是发发宣传材料，百姓不参与或被参与情况非常多。这种“被参与”让他们很不情愿，甚至排斥。我们应该把志愿服务项目化，设置一整套的志愿服务项目，让百姓可以看到自己的志愿活动会产生什么样的成效，让他们对自己的志愿服务有成就感和获得感。这样可以充分调动群众的参与热情。</p><p #e36c09;"><strong>三是以实践活动的渗透力铸全体群众的内心认同之魂。</strong></span>在抓住关键节点、捕捉共振的频率让实践活动的渗透力不断增加、让实践活动的向心力不断增大。今年疫情，街道在群众中发布招募抗疫志愿者的公告，当天就报名300多人，在疫情下凝聚了群众、让中化民族的精神再次得到了淋漓尽致的体现。群众对文明实践活动的内心认同感得到了空前彰显。</p></section></section></section></section><section
