<strong>抓牢三大难点。</strong>厕所革命加快推进，对于已建设的户厕迅速组织验收并投入使用，并对旱厕进行拆除，尚未建设完毕的，相关部门及时跟进，督促施工单位倒排工期加快进度，另外，短时间内无计划搬迁的村庄根据实际需要建设公共厕所；水体环境深入提升，各村居组织人力物力财力，清理沟塘内杂草淤泥，种植乡土树种及常见花草，打造生态坡岸；杂物堆放全面清理，重点整治草堆棍棒、家禽棚网、生活杂物、建筑垃圾等，同时引导群众自觉打扫自家周边环境，提升全民健康素养。</span><section
