他有一个梦想，就是把家乡的土特产推向市场。2007年大学毕业后，从事汽车销售工作，经过两年地不懈努力，他做到了经理的位置。2010年，一位上海的朋友给他开出了年薪20万元的高薪，请其从事工程机械配件销售，短短1年时间，他实现了销售额突破千万元的骄人成绩。然而，做出来的成绩也是依托别人的产品，一心想创业的潘裴很不甘心，“我想拥有自己的产品，我的梦想就是有一天可以把家乡的土特产推向市场。”潘裴为了这个梦想，决定回乡创业。</span></p></section></section></section></section><section </span>带着300多万元的积蓄，2013年潘裴开始了创业之旅。种藕、养虾、养蟹……可是，几年下来，收入寥寥无几。潘裴经过反复调研思考，终于找到了原因。“要想在土地里刨出‘金疙瘩’，必须要对农副产品进行深加工。”</p><p> 几经准备后，潘裴2017年对自己养殖的龙虾进行深加工，打出了“潘大虾”品牌即食小龙虾，并在网上销售。产品一经推出就受到“虾客”们的青睐，当月销售小龙虾50多吨。</p><p> “商机来了，我要抓住这个能让农副产品起飞的风口。”直播兴起后，潘裴敏锐地发现了商机。2018年4月18日，“潘大虾”第一次“亮相”直播活动。开播1个小时，销售额就达到75万元。此后，“潘大虾”长期亮相于各大直播平台，迅速占领熟制小龙虾行业高地，成为月销过万单的“网红小龙虾”。潘裴又乘胜追击，开发出了香辣蟹等罐装食品，让原本卖不上价的小规格蟹，价格也能翻番。</p></section></section></section></section><section “一个人富不算富，大家富才是真的富。”潘裴坦言。创业之初，潘裴就与贫困户、村民结对成立了合作社，签署了100多份“精准扶贫帮扶协议书”，让100多名留守妇女和年老体弱的村民到公司务工。“我们在潘总这里打工，每年的劳务收入有3万多元。”67岁的农民刘永平高兴地说，他在这里每天的任务就是给龙虾喂食、清理水草。</p><p> 除了解决本村乃至周边留守妇女、年老体弱村民就业外，潘裴还想方设法带着有“想法”的农民一起致富。“我和村里100多户农民签订了协议，以高于市场2元一斤的收购价收购他们的小龙虾。在我的带动下，这些农户也有了养殖大规格、高品质小龙虾的市场意识，亩产效益比以前提高了近千元。”</p><p>
