界集镇：食用菌产业撑起群众“致富伞”

“今年是食用菌种得最好、产量最多的一年。”泗洪县界集镇裴南村支部书记高新亚介绍，从2016年到现在，温控标准化菇棚数量从刚开始的10个发展到现在的165个，目前基地占地610亩，一个菇棚产量200多斤/天，平均一个棚一天能卖1680元，全年预计产值可达15万元。</span></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;"><span style="color: 近年来，界集镇积极引入绿康食用菌、七盛菌业、苏北生物三家经营主体，经过四年发展，现已完成投资7000万元，产业园年产草菇、双胞菇、鸡枞菇4500余吨，年销售收入可达2670余万元，裴南村食用菌扶贫产业园一跃成为全国食用菌行业设施最完善、生产工艺最先进、规模最大的生产基地。同时，各种食用菌也摇身变成了“富民菌”，为当地群众撑起了“致富伞”，为界集镇经济发展增添了强劲动能。</span></p><p 有了好产业，不仅脱贫有奔头，老百姓的日子更有盼头。据了解，裴南村通过成立土地股份合作社，积极开展村企联建活动结成紧密利益共同体，采取<strong>“龙头企业+合作社+农户”</strong>的产业扶贫新模式，全面带动低收入户增收。目前，产业园可提供180余个就业岗位，其中吸纳土地流转户23人、低收入人口55人，月工资最高达3200元。</span></p><p 该项目为“十三五”精准扶贫和片区关键工程项目，采取“社会资本投入+扶贫资金注入”的模式运行，通过整合各类扶贫资金1960万元建设菇棚85个，签订租用分红协议，实现企业、村集体、低收入农户三方共赢。2020年，分红总额达118.4万元，受益农户1138户，有效推动裴南、盛圩、曹圩等村居实现增收24万元。</span></p><section data-tools="135编辑器" 据高新亚介绍，每个菇棚每年可生产9—10个周期，每年需要消化秸秆锯末约200吨，全年产业园可消化秸秆约2.68万吨，当地农户每亩土地可新增收益100元。同时，生产草菇后的基料可继续用于培育双孢菇，做成菌棒供其他食用菌生产使用，也可做成生物菌肥，有效促进了经济效益、生态效益的双丰收。</span></p><section data-tools="135编辑器"
