line-height: 1.75em;"></p><p style="text-align:center;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">生产车间</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> “我们把这些树枝称之为‘枝丫材’，目前，我们已经收购‘枝丫材’1.5万吨，差不多够一个冬季生产的了。为了确保正常生产，我们常年收购‘枝丫材’，当地很多农民都成了‘枝丫材’的经纪人。”这家企业负责人许祝介绍，他们的企业建于2007年，占地面积130亩，主要利用木材下脚料、‘枝丫材’、树皮生产加工中高密度纤维板，用于家居装潢、板式家具制造等，年生产中高密度纤维板7万多立方米，产品销往江浙沪等地区。“我们企业固定工人140人，其中建档立卡低收入户22人，他们的月平均工资都在4000元以上。”许祝说，还有10多名当地农民成了技术骨干，他们的年薪超过10万元。</span></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.75em;"></p><p style="text-align:center;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">质量检查<br style="box-sizing: inherit;"/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> 今年58岁的刘雪家住沈庄，以前是个贫困户。2008年和妻子一起来到木材加工企业上班，从普通工人干到管理层，家中居住环境从低矮的小瓦房变成了楼房。“妻子现在退休了，一儿一女都在城里生活，我现在从事安全管理工作，年收入7万多元。”刘雪高兴地说，是当地木材加工企业，给他家铺平了富裕路。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> “我们夫妻俩以前都是民办教师，离岗后只能在家种庄稼。12年前，镇里办起了木材加工厂，我们双双来到厂里上班。如今，我是车间主任，妻子是库房会计，夫妻俩年收入13万元左右。”47岁的苏永明说，他家不仅在镇上购买了商品房，儿子也被培养成了南大研究生。</span></p><p style="text-align: center; line-height: 1.75em;"></p><p style="text-align:center;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;">生产车间<br style="box-sizing: inherit;"/></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;"> 家住河南居委会的王前军今年51岁，和爱人曹志红一起办起了泗洪县通和木业有限公司。说起自己“起家”的经历，王前军说，因为当时比较穷，结婚时只给岳父岳母家送去2斤猪肉、一只小鸡、一条鱼和几斤粉条。婚后家里经济紧张，经常借钱维持家庭生活。1994年，不甘贫穷的他带着妻子到福建打工，这一干就是20年。“2014年我在陈集镇办了个木材加工厂，2018年来到金锁镇的老家办起了这个企业，生产别墅栏杆及立柱，全部用于出口。我的企业占地17亩，接纳当地30多名村民来上班，他们的收入都很可观。”王前军自豪地说，他家在县城一次就购买了两套商品房。</span></p><p style="text-align: center;
