#3f3f3f;">以创意设计为抓手，体现泗洪文化特色、地域特色和人文特色，突出商品实用性、时尚性、便捷性和市场性，鼓励传统元素和时尚元素相结合；注重造型的创新、材料的创新、工艺的创新以及展现方式的创意。创作思路以围绕泗洪县洪泽湖湿地景区、文化艺术中心、淮北抗日民主根据地纪念馆、春到上塘纪念馆、大王庄党性教育基地等各类文化场馆，注重泗洪历史文化和城市符号的创造性开发和运用，充分展示泗洪的红色元素、旅游元素、非遗元素；征集作品涵盖所有与生活中衣、食、住、用、行有关的文创设计作品，包含但不限于传统文化产品创新设计类、文化艺术软件设计类、创新家居家具类、创意包装设计类、健康生活类等。</span></p><p> #3f3f3f;">突出传播“爱敬诚善”价值理念，围绕我县文明城市创建、人情减负、全面小康宣传、建党100周年等重点工作进行创意设计，创意设计获奖作品以公益广告、平面创意海报为载体落地，便于在移动终端通过微博、微信、客户端、抖音等平台传播。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 征集作品分为平面作品（含动态海报）、视听类作品（含视频作品、短视频作品、动画作品、微电影类作品等）、新媒体类作品（含表情包、公众号美文美图创作、公益活动设计和执行等多种展现形式）、融媒体传播类作品。大赛鼓励参赛作品有其他表现形式的创新。</span></p><p> <span style="text-shadow: #ffff00 2px 2px 10px;color: （1）提交作品报名表和产品实物（或模型）。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> （2）作品设计图片和电子文件。单件作品参赛提交图片不超过5张，系列作品提交图片数量不超过8张，其中：1张图片为文字版“设计说明(200字左右) ”和“创意故事（即灵感来自哪里等，200字左右）”；1张需体现作品全貌，并标注作品尺寸（长×宽×高cm）、材质等信息；其余图片要求多角度、有参照物、尽可能体现作品原貌。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 图片电子文件统一为JPG格式，300dpi，A3纸尺寸大小，单张图片大小不超过20M。组合作品请注明各单件作品的尺寸、材质等信息。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> </span><strong><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> </span>2、公益传播类创意设计类</strong></p><p><span 平面海报：以系列作品4幅左右为一组，文件格式为JPG，色彩模式CMYK，规格A3（297*420mm），分辨率300dpi，单张图片大小不超过20M。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 动态海报：以系列作品4幅左右为一组，文件格式为GIF，规格500*720px，分辨率72dpi，文件大小不超过2MB。</span></p><p><strong><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> </span></strong><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"><strong> （3）视听类作品</strong></span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 音频作品：时间长度以15秒、20秒、30秒、45秒、60秒为宜。储存格式为MP3或WMA，文件大小不超过3MB，并附广告词文字稿（“作品名.doc”格式电子稿）。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 视频作品：含视频广告、视频动画、短视频、微电影等，时长不超过3分钟（包含片头、片尾），画幅宽高比16︰9，分辨率最低要求为1280*720，视频格式为MP4，应配有中文字幕，单个文件大小不超过100M，系列作品不超过3件。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> </span> <span style="color: 创新传播作品：利用装置、道具、场地、AI场景、数字化技术等方式进行传播，以图文版面或视频展示作品，图文版面格式为JPG，A3尺寸，分辨率300dpi；视频格式为MP4，分辨率1280*720，时长3分钟以内，大小不超过100MB。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 移动媒体作品：便于微博、微信、抖音等网络平台进行传播。作品提交二维码图片和截屏画面，或提交视频文件，视频格式为MP4，大小不超过30MB。</span></p><p><span style="color: #3f3f3f;"> 互动H5作品：便于在移动客户端交互使用，作品提交二维码图片和录屏视频文件，视频格式为MP4，大小不超过30MB。</span></p><p><span
