打造“五美庭院”示范村70个、标兵户10.63万户；“人情消费减负年”活动为群众节约支出4500余万元，同比下降67%；累计收回集体资源16.2万亩，带动村居增收2.51亿元。<strong>瞄准“农民富”，狠抓“三大任务”</strong>， 新招引乡镇工业企业74家、吸纳就业1370人；截至9月底，全县低收入农户人均纯收入达14042元；先后有14.97万人次低收入人口住院享受了先诊疗后付费，“扶贫100”累计赔付4853万元、惠及1.91万人次。通过创新实施“四方挂钩、百村振兴”计划，大力开展“万企联万村
