近年来，临淮镇党委政府把农房改善工作放在乡村振兴首要位置，紧紧围绕周边产业配套、生产生活方便、环境整洁优美、群众舒心满意为目标，真正让群众充分享受到农房改善带来的政策红利。该镇的胜利家园小区为省、市级农房改善建设示范项目，项目总规划占地面积85.4亩，总投资7000万元，规划建筑面积40404m2，其中住宅560套38358m2，党群服务中心2046m2。建设初期，该镇充分征求群众意见，建造适合大多数家庭需求、户型丰富的安置房。目前，一期、二期共410套，其中33平方94套，63平方60套。三期198套，分为50平方米、75平方米、100平米方等多种面积户型，现已交付使用。</section></section><section 社区规划与产业规划融合。</strong>临淮镇在选址建设胜利家园时，根据周边产业规划，突出“产业文章”，形成社区连园区、接基地、依商贸的规划格局，实现多点融合，增强农民进社区买房的吸引力。同时，该镇结合时代特色和百姓需求，在胜利家园小区东侧，新建占地200平米、上下两层全仿腐木材料的新时代文明实践站，打造书画室、舞蹈室、手工剪纸室、志愿者活动室、为民协商议事室、道德讲堂等6大功能室，成为小区群众文化休闲的好去处。</p></section></section></section></section></section><section <strong>资源优势与设施配套对接。</strong>临淮镇整合项目资源优先配套二河水产品加工厂、徐圩水产品加工厂，在改善合作社生产经营条件的同时，搭建了农民在家门口的务工新平台。与胜利家园新型社区相连的二河村、徐圩村投资400万元建设水产品加工厂，加工厂可年加工各类水生产品30吨，实现年销售额300余万元，年利润40余万元；水上牧场带动农户130户、200余人就业创业，实现年户均收入4余万元。<span
