0);">出生在渔村的吕正红立志学医，让渔民不为疾病所累，不为病痛所苦。1999年9月从医学院护理专业毕业后，带着小时候的梦想，回到家乡临淮镇，成为二河村卫生室的一名村医。工作后，她不停地学习提高自己的业务能力，先后参加江南大学继续教育学习、南京中医药大学继续教育学习，取得了乡村医生执业证书、护师资格证书、合理用药培训合格证书。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> </span><span style="font-size: 14px;"> 临淮镇二河村是传统的渔业村，东临洪泽湖，三面环水，2000多位村民中70%在船上从事养殖、捕捞工作，上岸极为不便。如果出现感冒发烧，一个电话，吕正红就要马上划着小船上门诊疗。渔民中60岁以上的老人患有高血压、糖尿病的不少，请他们到卫生室来测血压、测血糖对老人们来说，既不方便、也不重视，大家不愿意来。为了村民的健康，到渔船上出诊就成了吕正红每天都要做的事，这一划就是22年。</span></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 10px;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> <span style="background-color: #FF0000;color: #FFFFFF;"><strong>“每一艘船都装在我心中”</strong></span></span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 15px;"> </span><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 14px;">起初每次出诊的最大难题就是很难分辨哪艘船、哪个塘口是属于哪一户村民的，因为船只和塘口的外观都很相似，这样吕正红就必须记住每位患者的渔船，才能在出诊时抢抓每一分钟。刚开始，吕正红就拿一个本子给渔船标号，一家一家地标记对号，时间长了就熟悉了每位患者家的渔船，她是把每一艘船都“装”在了心中。凭着一股韧劲，22年来，全村217名高血压患者、69位糖尿病患者的情况她都牢记于心。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 14px;"> 从医以来，吕正红已经记不清有多少个夜晚是陪着病人一起度过的，她深知守护生命责任大于天，为了渔民都能健健康康，她湖里来湖里去，从渔船到养殖塘口，守护着渔村的人们。2016年12月，吕正红预约一位名叫王献献的孕妇，下午下班后进行检查访视。让她猝不及防的是，下班时突然下起了雨夹雪，湖面风急浪大，吕正红没有迟疑，带上随访工作包，冒着风雪，划着小船前去随访。到了王献献家，天已经全黑了，当敲开门时，孕妇紧紧握着她的手，感动的泪水瞬间涌出，“天这么晚，还刮着风下着雪，我以为你不会来了。” 吕正红微笑道，“我的职责是看病救人，再危险也比不上你们母子平安重要，况且我们已经约好了，于情于理我都得来。”随访结束后，外面的雪下得更大了，吕正红再次用瘦弱的肩膀迎着风雪划船而行。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;line-height: 1.75em;margin-bottom: 10px;text-indent: 2em;"><span 0);">谁家老人有“三高”，谁家孕妇要生产，谁家孩子要打疫苗，吕正红心里都有一本清晰的账。除了每天日常出诊，早中晚休息时吕正红还要独自划着小船下村入户为一些行动不便的老人免费体检、访视产妇和新生儿，对他们进行健康指导，提供免费的公共卫生服务。提起她，当地渔民个个都竖大拇指。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="font-size: 14px;color: rgb(0, 0, 0);"> 2017年3月19日，是个星期日，天刚亮，吕正红就划着船为80多岁老人蒋玉兰测血压。进门瞬间，吕正红发现老人的面色有点不对，询问中老人说：“今天早晨头晕眼花的，有点恶心，还想吐。”她立即做检查，发现老人血压特别高，随即问道：“您吃降压药了吗？” “药吃完了，儿子去送孙子上学了，已经好几天没吃降压药了。”吕正红一听便意识到了严重性，她一边通知家属，一边将老人送去医院，直到家人到医院，她才悄悄离去。蒋玉兰的病情得到了及时控制，避免了一场严重的意外，后来子女们多次带着礼物上门感谢，她说什么也不肯收，老人逢人便说，“是她救了我的命，比我的亲闺女还有用！”</span></p><p 0);font-size: 14px;">吕正红从事乡村医生工作以来，深知乡亲们的信任就是重托。在这22年间，她不骄不躁，不厌不烦，从不计较个人得失，始终牢记初心，认真履行职责，踏踏实实工作。</span></p><p style="text-align:justify;margin-bottom: 5px;line-height: 1.75em;"><span style="color: rgb(0, 0, 0);font-size: 14px;"> 2020年春节期间，面对突如其来的“新冠肺炎”疫情，她主动请缨投身到疫情防控工作中，从大年初一开始，她走村入户为村民讲解疫情防范措施、巡诊义诊、测量体温、防疫消毒、询问健康状况并详细记录。同时，她还积极配合村委会开展湖北返乡人员排查工作，经常工作到深夜。有位从湖北回来的老乡问她，“你天天这么累，还要面对被感染的风险，值得吗？”她看着这位老乡，很认真地回答，“每一件事都要有人去做，何况这关系到我们二河村所有人的生命安全和身体健康，我不去做谁去做？”听到吕正红的话，老乡点了点头后沉默了好久。</span></p><p 治病救人不计其数，吕正红将一颗心交给了这里。寒来暑往，22载春秋，累计接诊35.2万人次，出诊1.45万人次，行程4.64万公里，她用娇弱的肩膀，撑起了渔村救死扶伤的重担，守护着2000多位渔民的健康。吕正红总说自己做的还不够，她的一举一动，早已被乡亲们记在心中，亲切地称她为“渔家的好闺女”。</span></p><p
