14px;">据悉，为提升高层次人才集聚度，吸引一批符合泗洪县产业定位和发展的科技型企业落户泗洪，我县于今年6月启动中国·泗洪“大湖英才杯”2020高层次人才创业大赛，分别在上海、合肥、苏州等地设立分赛区，广发“英雄帖”，邀请机电装备、新材料、智能制造、智慧农业、文创等产业领域的高科技项目现场“打擂”，希望通过搭擂办赛，打通资本、项目、政策的对接渠道，鼓励和吸引一批高层次人才来泗洪创业发展。 每个分赛区获奖的5名优胜者在我县创业不仅可以获得100万—1000万人才创业奖补资金，还可以晋级决赛，角逐最高800万人民币的产业引导基金投资。同时县委县政府出台系列人才政策，设立100万元人才“购房券”，从人才引进奖补、跟踪培养、选拔使用、住房安居、家属安置等多个方面强化激励保障，丰厚的条件吸引八方英才来聚。</span></p></section></section></section><section
