调研中，林小异对我县禁捕退捕工作给予肯定，他强调，全县上下要把思想和行动统一到党中央的决策部署上来，把禁捕退捕作为保护洪泽湖生态环境持续改善的重要契机，压实压紧主体责任，认真梳理任务清单，丰富渔民上岸就业转产形式，严格落实补贴政策，着力解决工作推进中遇到的困难和问题，高质量完成禁捕退捕工作任务。</p></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section></section><section
