16px;">1、请高度关注新疆维吾尔自治区发布的确诊病例（含无症状感染者）活动轨迹以及地区风险等级划分（10月25日全国风险地区划分附后）。凡现居住我市，来自新疆喀什的、近14天内有中高风险地区旅居史的、与确诊病例（含无症状感染者）有轨迹交叉的人员，要主动向居住地所在社区报备，接受健康管理。特别是有喀什地区疏附县旅行史的来宿返宿人员，请主动与所在地县（市）区疾病预防控制中心或市疾控中心联系，接受核酸检测和集中医学观察服务（市、县（区）两级疾控中心咨询热线号码附后）。</span></section><section 16px;">2、自10月25日起，对持有7日内核酸检测阴性证明，或者能够出示包括7日内酸检测阴性证明的健康码的离新疆喀什人员，到达目的地以后接受信息核查登记，如实提供行动轨迹，体温测量正常的，在做好个人防护的前提下，可以自由有序流动，并第一时间向社区和单位报告。对不能提供7日内核酸检测阴性结果的，要接受核酸检测，并在指定场所隔离等待，待核酸检测阴性结果出来后，方可有序流动。</span></section><section
